🌸What is Questionnaires?


  • Client questionnaires are structured sets of questions used to gather information from clients, ( about themselves / their requirements ).
  • These questions help in a clear understanding of project requirements, expectations, and objectives.
  • Send/Ask these questions to the client before starting the project and Encourage them to be as detailed as possible in their responses.

  • Gives Clarity on Project scope, Objectives, Expectations, and Deliverables.
  • Get you away from the loop of constant Revision
  • Collect detailed information about the client's needs and preferences.
  • Helps in budget constraints & determining the compensation structure

Client Questionnaires


  1. Client Information:
    • Company/Organization Name
    • Briefly describe your company/organization and its core values
    • Industry/Niche
    • Target Audience (Age Group / Gender / Demographics / Language)
    • Competitors (list at least top 3)
    • Please list 4-8 adjectives that describe your brand/company
    • Is there any unique selling point to your brand or product?
  2. Contact Information:
    • Full Name
    • Email Address
    • Phone Number
    • Preferred Method of Communication
  3. Target Audience:
    • Who is your target audience? (Demographics: age, gender, location, interests, etc.)
    • Do you have existing customer personas or profiles that we can refer to?
  4. Current Social Media Presence:
    • List all social media platforms your company is currently active on (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
    • How frequently are you currently posting on these platforms?
  5. Goals and Objectives:
    • Are there any specific objectives you want to achieve through social media management in the short term (3-6 months) and long term (1 year or more)?
  6. Competitor Analysis:
    • Who are your main competitors in the industry?
    • Provide links to their social media profiles if available
    • What do you admire about your competitors' social media presence?
    • Are there any strategies or approaches from competitors that you would like to emulate or avoid?
  7. Content Preferences:
    • What type of content do you believe resonates best with your audience? (e.g., articles, images, videos, infographics, polls, user-generated content, etc.)
